Basic Exercises??????????

i am about to start my first cycle it will be a mass cycle. i am wondering if i should just keep it simple on the excercises that i do. what would be a great plan to build mass??? i mean besides the gear, proper nutrition, diet and rest. any suggestions will be greatly appreciated.
 
I recommend getting your workout in order before the gear.

If I misread your post don't take offence, but it just seems to me that you need to figure out your workout first.
 
I think what Tx is suggesting is that if you are asking these kinds of questions, then you should do some more working out before you start banging the gear. If you can't bench well more than you weigh, and squat a shitload more than you weigh, then yet should wait before starting the chemical enhancement.
 
Sorry but we've been over this a million times gear is not gonna make much difference if you 1- learn the proper way & form in doing exercises/learning what works and what doesn't/supersets/split routines/ no of reps etc. #2you will need to learn how to make gains naturally thru proper diet & nutrition if you don't well basically the gains are gone. If you don't build a solid foundation you will tear a muscle ,strain a joint and gear only increases those odds. Get a few months in & build a foundation to build on use the search option /ask questions/listen/learn/ then build a body for life!!!! RADAR (any you guys want to add to this you're welcome!!!):p
