Hey George...i've tried numerous times to sign up for an elitefitness.com account but it always gets stuck on the page after it asks for your passphrase...I've let it sit for 10 mins before and still nothing...but the banner's keep reloading...any tips?

Hey marx...try going to tools on the top of the screen. Then go to internet options. then delete all temporary internet files and offline content also.

Explorer 5.0! Click tools, internet options. Then a window will open up, divided into 3 sections: home page, temporary internet files, and history. In the temporary internet files, click delete files. It will ask if you want to clear off-line files as well, do that too.
