Did some today since it's my messin around week.
I stoled it from Crossfit.com, basically it'a front squat and then you explode up into an OHP. I did 5 x 5 (just worked out that way
) with only 95lbs. Really got the blood pumping. Only thing is I wore my flat soled shoes, so hard to keep my arch down in the hole. And I couldn't keep my elbows up like I would with my front squat.
I also did some snatch grip clean pulls, light deads with a band, lat pulldown with 80lbs for 2 x 20 (using hook grip lol) and some plyo pushups.
Fun stuff.
