BAR-B-Q time is here!!!!!!

Finally got my new Bar-B-Q setup last night and is it sweet, the neighbour was like WTF LOL. She be a monster!!!

He then started laughing at the size of the chain I have it attached to which is looped into some concrete I poured in the ground so it doesnt' walk away!!!

Cooked me a nice 10oz T-bone for supper.


What shall I Q up today, ideas, meat ideas only please!!!

Put this in some tupperware: cubed chicken, onion, green pepper, jar of marinated artichoke hearts WITH juice, salt, garlic. Let sit for at least an hour, skewer it up and fire up the Q!

Naw, see when you get the artichoke hearts, they are in a meddlie of juices, dont drain em, that juice is your marinade.
Try that recipie out, its fairly simple, has this mediterainian taste, mmm mm good!
I usually make a great gob of it, cause the cold left overs are good too. You can fill a pita with it. Dang, I just ate luch and I'm hungry again.
