Bake or Boil my Oil?

OK was running Deca with EQ and everytime i hit the EQ i was running a fever. Now I switched and decided to run Prop in place of the EQ. And now everytime i hit the Prop i get a fever also. Well everything is IP except the Prop and its Brovel.

So... I'm going to bake it to get the bacteria out of it. Now should I boil it or Bake it and at what temp for how long? And no i don't want to hear, "Throw the IP away." Please just answer my questions... THANKS
