bad delt shot?

Hey bros,
Did my first delt shot. 2 ccs.. 1 sustenon 1 tren ace. 23 gauge 1 inch all the way in. Did it 1 1/2 weeks ago. It's still very hard on the injection spot. Feels like a rock! No pain, just some discomfort. What's the deal? Should I be concerned?

I wouldn't have gone for 2cc's on the first time w/ delts.

Its too much to go 2 cc's in the shoulder. It is probably a combo of that and the propionate.

How big are your shoulders. If they are huge then 2cc is nothing. if you are average then it can hurt and leave a big ass knot there. just massage it hard daily until it does away. try some heat to break it up then massage hard right after the heat.

I would stick with 1cc for delts tops but that is just my experience.

It depends on the individual. I sit right around 200 and I can do 3cc's without a problem.

I can shoot 2-3cc's in my shoulder with no problem at all...lcc sust and 2eq with a 23g 1inch, just did it tues..and I am not big...i want to be ....but i get no pain or problems
