I need some advice.
I have only ONE thing on my credit ( I got a free report cuz I kept being turned down for everything! ) and it is a deliquency.
Its from a bank....they closed it because I was way negative- it was ALL thier fault with stupid fees that i didnt even deserve and refused to pay...but anyay
I can't even get a Walmart card!!! Or any other CC card for that matter!! No matter what my income is....how am I supposed to get my credit on the "good" side when I can't get any at all??????????????

for $900 dollars you can file for bankruptcy.

Why don't you pay the bank their money so it is taken off your credit report? What is your score? I am a loan officer in a bank. You can also go and get a secured loan at a bank where you put up say $500 in a savings account and they put a freeze on the money and loan you $500 that you pay back over say 6 months which will show positive payback history and it will it will only cost you $40 in interest charges.

well, after i didnt want to pay the bank, they sent it to a collection agency..this was last year....can I still pay the bank back??

Are you sure you still want my advice, after all I am a white man who is proud of his race!

You need to contact the collections agency and pay them back then they will mark it as "paid collections" unless you pay it back it will keep pulling you down. If you pay it back it will eventually build back up again. And...regardless of your score, if a lender sees a unpaid collections on your report they will not give you any credit. Basically unpaid collections says "he refuses to pay them their money, why would he pay us ours?"

LoL....I'll try to forget that you are white!! :)
Ok, so will it look a lot better to creditors if it says "paid collections"..it's about 350 dollars..is it worth it??

you have no choice, you have to pay it or it will stay on there for atleast 7 years, I would imagine in the next 7 years you are going to want to buy something. You have to have it removed if you EVER want credit.
