I have quite a few pros in my gym daily and when there is a show in the area alot of pros come here to train. I'll tell you this, i havent seen someone train as hard or intenses as ROnnie or Dorian.

All I'm sayin is dont think its all drugs, see what happens if you train consistently and eat 9 times a day.


Dude you're wasting your time. The attitide of most of the members on this board is the reason i stopped posting fairly soon after joining. Some people have yet to evolve to the level where they can accept the point of view you offer. Until then they will have the mentality of "just this one more cc and then i will have the body i want" Or " Damn, i need anadroll, that's why i not growing like the pros". Very few people on this board actually look to training, dieting, resting then drugs to reach their goals in that EXACT order.
Instead it's more like Drugs, Drugs, training, diet and rest. I have learned in the past just like Aron Baker said, less really IS more. When everything is in place the ammount of drugs needed really is quite small. NO ONE ever got their body through a needle or pill. Some people just are not capable of accepting the fact that they may just not have the genetics to be as large and muscular as the star they look up to. So they try to make up for the lack of results with taking more drugs and blaming their failures on too low a dosage and still not knowing all the secrets of the "PRO'S". Sorry guys, just look in the mirror and be honest with yourself and accept your size and spare you health for the later years.

Come on. Dedication is not the only thing that stops some people from becoming pros. I don't discount that it takes dedication, but you fail to way the health risks. I don't give a shit if your taking a ton of "liver protectant" a day, this type of drug use is going to bite you in the ass. Lose liver/kidney function and kiss your ass good by. Also, most of us here have jobs and or school that come before training: thats just the way it is. There is only 24 hours in a day and something has to give. Pros these days have crossed the line and are jeprodizing their health; there is life after bodybuilding!!! Oh yeah, I am not anti-steroid if used knowledgibly. The pros are taking a serious risk weather or not they want to admit it is a different story

I have also seen a handful of the top pros train (not ronnie or dorian) they were using machines with a normal amount of intensity and not a great amount of weight. I cant speak for all but not all pros train hard and heavy all of the time.
 
i would rather like to know what the pro's used in the 70s,,because we could never get our hands on what (and how much)they use today

I never said it was the only thing. I know it takes some more but that is the major part here. I bet more than half the people on this board dont train hard at all, party, dont rest properly and do not diet right either. You can all say how hard you train, eat ect. but you're full of shit.
Now I dont mean EVERYONE on here but a majority. From the posts I see on here the members are very uninformed. I know a few of you know what you are talking about and try to help out but face it a majority of this board is uneducated. I see all these posts on guys bragging about the amount of juice they use and how long they have done it and then turn around and put down pros because they use more. Its rididculous.

Maybe gwl9dta4 is right and i am wasting my time like I do when I speak to most people about training and diet. The more drugs you do wont make up for the fact you train like a 4 yearold girl so if you dont have the dedication to spend time in the gym and making and eating the right food and taking your chemicals responsibly THEN STOP WASTING YOUR TIME COMPLAINING. It was fun posting here and this is my last post. Take care guys.

DOnt you remember that european guy with very bad genetics who went from 180 to 275 in a year using IL-15 ?
 
I know one pro personally in the top 100 in the world..
and off season he uses anadrol up to 3 tabs, 750 test per week, deca here and there for sore joints,,gh 4ius eod for how long he could buy it...after talking with him..I reduced my dosages and made better gains..
his mass cycle just reccommended for me was 1/2 anadrol per day for 1 week..up to 1 for the second week, ro 2 the 3rd week and down to 1 weeks 4, 100mg of eq eod..500-750 test..
I belive they dont use the dosages you think they use.....
