Backstabbing co-workers (beat their asses?)

Well, I have to open the facility. And I have been late a couple times. So the fkin lifeguard opens, and then he tells my boss I was like 3 minutes late. Then she tells me that if I keep coming late they will fire me. Then the other guy told my boss that I went to subway the other day when I didn't leave anyone covering for me, which is untrue. I left someone covering for me. I have to fuckin eat, they aint gonna feed me!

You need to speak to your boss and make her aware of the situation. Make sure you admit to your faults (lateness) and make the effort to fix it.

LOL, damn I never thought about that. Anyway, I think I will talk to my boss about it, hopefully I get everything straightened out before I start beating people up. I just hope she understands because she's not the most understanding boss around, and she barely shows up to work since she's on salary.bah!

You need to make sure you are not late......you need to be even more careful now that you are being watched....so make sure you are on time

Also, telling on the other employee will now seem like you are making things up to get back at them....so document anything they do wrong & take it home with you in a file

Remember: your boss is reprimanding you and is only concerned about you at that time not the behavior of others. If your boss isn't understanding that could be the response you'll get so don't bother to bring it up right away. Document!

Aw fuck this shit. Kick his ass and do it on company time. So it doesn't cut into your schedule. Make him respect your authority.

I am by no means a master at this, but here's an idea.

Show up early for work.
When you leave for lunch have one person cover and make sure 3 other people are there to see the agreement.

Play it ultra straight.

If these punks keep tryin things, then they lose credibility.

Wait till things settle down and let their transgression come to light. It should be all the easier at that point because they likely will have already established themselves as not being credible (and hopefully despised at the workplace) and thus all the more defenseless.
