Backside delts

A bit off topic, but I don't know where else to post this:
My backside delts are not growing at the same rate as my front. What exercise is your favourite for that troublesome muscle? :)
 
You'll get better answers on The Weightlifting forum, but I would suggest that you do some very strict rear-delts. Also, remember that mirrors give a false impression of exactly what your muscles look like. You can look at your front delts and say "good", but because you can't properly see your rear delts, you think they're not making progress at all. Don't use mirrors, ask a friend to monitor the progress for you instead
 
Rear Delt Crossover Flyes; (very similar to what curgeo said to facepulls, certainly gives that facepull w/bands feeling)

Go to cable crossover rack grab upper right stirup with L /hand and left side with R /hand. Stand out a bit set up in center of rack so that your arms are straight out in front of you and do crossover flyes so that your arms come straight out to your sides like your doing an iron cross on the high rings.

They'll fry yer rear delts!! :evil:
 
this actually where you post these kinds of questions. :)

you can try to work them directly with a rear delt fly,

or heavy compound movements, deadlifts (or varitaions), or any kind of rowing movement.
