Personally, I think the ultimate back routine is:

1. deadlifts
2. barbell rows
3. chins

you get a combination of width and thickness building.

hey louden,

what order would you do for the above mentioned exercises? this is exactly what my back workout is..i just want to check and see if you do them in that order and why...
