Back width and thickness?

Which exercises are GENERALLY done for back width and which are done for thickness? And i know deads are king!
 
How many reps at your BW is enough to move on to weighted chins? And how much weight should one start with once they reach a certain number of reps at BW?

I'm not sure there's an actual number you should be able to do before you add weight, but you should probably be able to do 10-15 comfortably, that's my guess.
This sounds about right.
