Back to hitting the weights!

Well-known member
After almost an entire semester without hitting the weights, I'm back in the routine of things. It felt amazingly refreshing to bust out a sick workout last night. I also mended my relationship with squats...by far my favorite exercise. I seriously think not getting to the gym made me depressed...because after last night's workout I felt recharged, both mentally and physically. I can't wait to get healthy on my grocery list.

It's time to set new goals and get swoller than ever!

holla if you give a fuck

HOLLLLLLLLLLLLLAAAAAAAAAAAAAA!!!!!!!

Glad to hear your starting up again... time to get ripped for summer!

Working out definatly reduces some level of stres as it naturally releases endorphins (sp?)

Hell Yea!

bout phucking time ! ;)

What was the layoff for?

I got caught up with school and being lazy. Shame too, I was at a personal best when summer ended. Now I lost a ton of size and strength, but I'm determined to set the bar a little higher this time around.

lmao @ the smith machine, I never use it

My focus will be on barbell bench, squats and deads. I'm going for a lean bulk, which I've done before. I'll do cardio twice a week to keep excess fat at bay. I'm thinking about some juice for the end of March, we'll see...I want to size up natty before going the AAS route though.

If you keep it up sweetnuts you might even have some of these peeps believe you actually do workout. :rainbow:

Hell yeah swole, this makes my fourth straight week of training after six months of virtually no working out. I have a long way to go to catch where I was but it's coming back. I feel so much better now.

So stick with it and kick ass bro.

Cheers,
Scotsman

Eh, that's life. You arent always going to beable to train as hard as you'd like, but as long as you never quit it entirely, you're safe.

Kill it, maing....and then add some juice for good measure. heh
