Back to benching 95 again....

tore my pec about 45 days ago as many of you will recall. Tried benching for the first time and probably could have done more but 95 even caused some pain. Just going to give it more time...looks rather funny to bench with quarters on and squat and dead with 5 plates on...haha

It'll come back bro. Having patience is tough. Pretty soon you'll be bitching that you only pressed 495 twice.:)
 
Get some deep tissue massage done on the pecs and delts, and biceps

I just had some myself - big difference!!
