I'm getting really confused
Are GMs, DLs and squat good or bad when you have back problems ?
I have an hyper kyphosis after I fucked 3 disks
I've avoided back surgery but i have to be real careful
I thought those exercises would help build a strong lower back but my ART guy said it is not worth it (too much risk for the benefits)
what do you think ?
