Back Pumps

I had some really bad back pumps. I had a thread about them and i got some really good responses. I stopped taking DBol and was wondering how long it will take to get out of my system. I dont know much about any of this. I stopped taking them on tuesday jan 31st. and i am averaging a gallon and a half of water a day. I am 6' 1". 250. I am pretty solid but im not cut. i do have a stomache that i would like to get off.. I am trying to get a lot more cardio in but i just cant run because of my back. I am only using test 250 now and am really curious when my back will get better cause i start playing ball tournaments next weekend and i cant even bend over for infield practice after 10 balls. Any advice or help will be very appreciated. Thanks
 
the dbol should already be pretty well gone for the most part but give it some more time and dont forget that the test will still be in your system and although every one react differently to it it may still give you those back pumps that are causing you pain.
 
i was on the test since jan 1st and had no problems but when i started taking the dbol on 18th right around that time is when i had problems i am still taking test. i have 2 more shots maybe 3 at every 5 days. this sat is one of them then i have 1 maybe 2 left. so i was thinking that it was the dbol since it didnt bother me till then.
 
funny i got them in the park took forever to get back to my car it was like 100yards took a hour lol...But there is hope because ever since i got a hyperextention to build my lower back muscles there is no more back pumps period.
 
so do you think that it could be caused by just weak back muscles. I will say that i never really worked out my back till now and i still haven't done the hyperextensions. everything i do is usually for upper back
 
i get them on leg day only for some reason but i am used to it now. The first time i got it though was a bit of a shock, felt like i had ben hit by a truck :worried:
 
I am on 30mg/ED of DBol, and I take 175mg of Milk Thisle 3X/day.
I get "occasional" little back pumps, but they don't effect my workouts, - not even heavy deadlifts.
