Nothing special. I obv. need to work on the right side to catch up to the left. Not really trying to cut or anything. I do eat fairly healthly though and life pretty heavy.

What you guys think?

I'd say either diet harder or eat and bulk. Decent base as bw1 said but you're sort of in that no mans land of not really big enough to be impressive and not really lean enough to be impressive. Definitely not meant as any type of flame whatsoever. It happens to everyone, where they can't decide if they should bulk or cut. My advice would be to get a mental picture of what you want to look like and start building that. Focus, vision, specific well thought out goals, are keys to building an impressive phsyique. Impressive being slightly different to everybody.

Yeah I agree no offense taken. Im 6'2 around 214 right now. I just graduated college and got a commision only job. So im driving around a lot and dont have the money to eat exactly how I want or when I want. So I do the best I can, and bust my ass in the gym.Future goal is a fairly lean 240-245.

You'd be surprised at how clean and well you can eat for very little money. Ground turkey is cheap, go to Costco and get a big bag of frozen chicken breasts, tuna, fresh green vegetables, thgese things are all inexpensive. The problem with being on the road is that you end up eating out and if money's tight that usually means McDonalds or In n Out Burgers. Prepare your food and take it with you. it's a pain in the ass but it tastes better and you'll reap the benifits of a clean diet.

Ill have to look into some of that. Im pretty good at staying away from fast good. I usually bag some turkey when Im heading out the door.
 
Little bit of progress. Still need to get that right side up to par. Im hitting it hard as hell here in one week. My diet is going to be spot on.
