Well there are "elite mods" with the "banning power like 2thick and velvett, but typically they arent supposed to run around and "renegade ban" people they dislike. If some new account opens and starts shit...boom they ban him no question. If a bro has been around and supports the site, they have to have a good reason and it will be voted on by Admin and Mods prior to banning.

I am no mod, but since I just went through this and talked to several mods and email with Rick and George, I feel I have the correct information. If I am wrong I am sure someone will correct me.

Usually a bro will get 1 warning about behavior that is going to get him banned. If he then continues he could be banned for violating the warning given to him by a mod or admin.
