Sup bro's!!! I'm back from the dead!! Well, not really but it's been a while hahaha! I thought i'd post and give ya'll a lil cycle update. I have been so busy with my new job, girl I have been seeing and just life in general. I am still managing to hit the gym on shedule and my diet is fairly good. I am currently 226 and my bf% is lower from the last time I updated but I am still not sure as to what it is....My cycle of Fina-Cyp has about 4 weeks left and then I start DNP so these next couple months should be fun I still manage to read the boards and get to almost all my e-mails but if I did miss yours then I am sorry and just re-send it and I'll get at it asap...Hopefully now I'll be able to spend more time here as things have slowed down a little.

I didn't plan on it as I am taking Fonz's advice and run it at a low dose through out CLomid therapy in hopes of it helping me reatin my gains while actually dropping a good deal of body fat...I'll kee ya'll posted
