I had a good time.

NYC_girl, I can see why you love it! (You do, right?)
Soo many people, everyone rushing everywhere, it's such a fun atmosphere.

New York Library, it wasn't open to go in but I LOVED the outside and park right by it, soooo preety!- Greek-looking architecture is awesome

We also went to that Medieval Times show, but I forgot my camera. I didn't really like it that much though. I also didn't like Hairspray, damn i'm hard to please. It just bothered me that Hairspray kind of made fun of the mentally retarded for like a second and it seemed like the show was just a weak attempt to make fat people feel good about themselves. THATS JUST MY OPINION and I still enjoyed it. I guess it had some good points, but yeah that really bothered me. It didn't help that CFC's are so bad for the enviornment and blah blah.

lol.

I just came back at 6 this morning,, ugh I hate trying to sleep on charter busses. I can't imagine sitting in those tiny seats if i was a bigger person!

Oh yeah, I shopped in Chinatown. That was like, my fav part :-)

WOO.

so yeah. I ate 3 pieces of pizza in our hotel one night right before bed, is that bad :worried: (lol, of course it is.) Fun though.
 
That was your first time to NYC? Great place. 30 minute train ride for me so I end up there 2-3 times a year. Going there this Friday.

Second visit, I went in like fourth grade. Definetely a sweet place, but I couldn't live there I think.

Oh, yeah....I REALLY wanted to give away the fries and cookie I got for free at Planet Hollywood, but I didn't see any homeless people with signs like I did in the daytime. I got more and more upset the whole time walking back because we were about to get back on the bus and I really wanted to give it away. So I saw this old guy in a wheelchair reading the paper but with no "homeless" sign, but I offered it to him anyway. He looked glad and he ate it right away, so I was very cheerful :-)
 
glad you had fun, I'm from NYC also, so much more to see and do, but you're probably too young for most of it. :)

Here in KY there are some odd sizes...6x6 and I've even seen a few 3 1/2 x 3 1/2. Must be the inbreeding...I dunno.

Yes, I do love that city. You can take the girl out of the city, but you can't take it out of the girl. I stand out like a sore thumb when I go to some places. lol

Did you go to any museums? The Natural Museum of Art? Is that blue whale still hanging from the center of the marine animal section? The Metropolitan Museum of Art is my favorite hiding place. I used to go there on the weekends and just spend all day there.

I so miss NYC pizza. :p

Yeah. Why was the food bad in GA?

Me and my two cousins went about 2 years ago and the food was great. I just had to get the most expensive plate and it was worth every penny and then some.

I dont know. The Justin's down there was A) not fine dining like it should've been B) terrible demographic C) terrible location and D) service was bad

when you put all those things together, its hard for the food to seem like it tastes good you know?

I've yet to go to the one in NYC. I heard its a lot nicer and cleaner.

They call it the DIrty South for a reason

LOL thats true. I have to say it was clean, fast service, just make sure he is not there that night or it will be a mad house!

Im planning a trip up to NYC this summer. I havent been in a couple of years. I miss it.

all this talk has me thinking about the last time I was there.

I know the feeling. It's only 2 hours away for me so I can go when ever. It get's old after a while. To be honest I wish my brother still lived in San Diego! I would be there right now. Now that place I fell in love with

Yeah San Diego is fun. again only two hours away from me like NYC is to you.

But I have to admit, on the west coast, L.A. is where its at. crappy weather today though. its raining and cold :(

thats the only city I know of off the top of my head in Deleware.

I didnt think people lived in Deleware or Rhode Island anymore.

LOL real funny. hard to believe that Wilmington was in the top 10 for the best place to buy a house because the city is being built up...bigger an bigger. I was shocked

My fav museum is Natural History...upper west side
There are things about city life and city people and the pace that I will always miss.
