back from a layoff

so its been 2 weeks since my 2 months off where i went from 175 to 152...

im back up to 160 now, and most of it is water and fat, but im getting some muscle back. oh yeah and im 5'6


my right left symetry is TERRIBLE, but not as bad as the pictures make them look. everything is basically from a different angle even the left vs right bicep shots i tried to take correctly :worried:

and i accidentally had the camera on highest quality and size (had to resize em) so i didnt even have room to take the right tricep shots and i am too lazy to do em.. they are bigger than the left tho, if that is even possible oh god im so huge

yes i have legs and a back, but back is impossible to take by yourself, and my legs are my biggest part and i have taken legs before and maybe ill take some later along with some right tri shots.

you probably look wider because im shrugging my shoulders up for the pic and bringing them in to flex my chests and traps...


anyway maybe you are wider, who knows.

also i have a wide waist (like 32 or 33 inches) so that makes my upper look smaller too.

as for arms, probably only around 14-15
 
Damn you need to get off the couch and off your computer chair and get to work on that stomach. MAYBE RUNNING WOULD HELP YOU OUT A LITTLE.

its fine i know him and its sort of a joke cause he made me run a mile yesterday but he had to bitch at me to finally get me on the treadmill

Bro everything looks good to me. You have alot to work with.

One piece of advice. The major difference between those who have great bodies and those who don't are the 2 months off. I fucked around for years with 6 months of hard training, and a month off, 4 months on, 2 months off.

Real gains and solid improvement started when I stopped doing this. It's ok if you take some time off, but nothing more than 2 weeks in a row, and don't do it often.

So instead of being at 160 right now you would be at 180-190 and so on. I don't know if you were injured or not but that has been my experience.

yeah, i would be alot bigger and stronger if i didnt take all that time off.

i hardly EVER miss a workout, no matter what, and if i do i make it up on an off day or spread it out over my remaining days...but i made a big dicision to wrestle, which is really demanding practice and i wasnt having time to lift, so i lost alot of size and strength- that was what my long period off was for. ill be doing it again next year, and then afterthat my life is dedicated completely to lifting...

but for next year im thinking instead of not lifting anymore (the coaches said wed be lifting after practice but it hardly ever happened) ill be going into the gym right after school and using the 30 minutes we have between school getting out and practice starting to get a lift in. i was planning only compounds of course, and hopefully it will prevent me from losing as much as i did this season. i was thinking like 4 sets of chest monday, deads tuesday, pullups/bbrows wednesday, OHP thursday, squats friday....

either way ill worry about it when that time comes, and then youl see a thread in the training forum asking for advice.

EDIT: and i was 165 when i wokeup this morning, and 169 after dinner just now- and i was 158 in those pics i just lied and rounded up to 160 ;)
 
Wrestling eh? What weight are you competing at? Freestyle I assume. Great sport, nothing will help you out more in training and life for that matter than that sport.

folkstyle for school, and freestyle offseason but i dont do it all that much- i got raped at a freestyle tournamen ton saturday

i wrestled 152 durin the season
