I'm looking for a very solid back workout. Full back workout, lower, middle, upper. I came up with this workout.

Barbell Bent-over Row (3 Sets x 8 Reps)
Cable Front Pulldown (3 Sets x 8 Reps)
Dumbbell Shrug (3 Sets x 8 Reps)
I don't go to a gym so I'm somewhat limited. I do have a bench + lat pulldown tower, barbell, and dumbells. Any help? Thanks
