I pound out 4-5 sets of str8 bar rows, then 3 sets of tbar and 2 of dbell rows for back thickness day........I do deads on leg day as well........pullovers, chins, lat pull on width day............
weighted pullups, back lat, cable row, and DL are all I do for my back. Though DL is key - and is more of a back exercise than leg - at least for me because the back part failes and the leg part never does.
