Back / Arm Acne

Came off of my sus/deca cycle about a month ago now, where i was on for 3mos. at 500sus/week.

Im starting to get alot of acne on my back and on my arms. What is the best thing to fight this?

Accutane but it's harsh.

Personally, I have used Nizoral 1% shampoo for the small pimples on my back, shoulders, and tris and it's worked great.

Two things... use a luffa to scrub your back... you've got to make sure you are taking off the dead skin cells...

...and avoid soaking your skin... baths and long showers make the skin a damp environment for breeding bacteria.

All other treatments are secondary.

Deca and EQ. make my skin dry and break out with little spots that are hard to gid rid of (month sometimes).
I never tried med creams.

I started to get mad bacne when i got off my sust only cycle, i'll have to try the nizoral next time..bump for more ideas tho
