Back and traps routine?

Im wondering if anyone could construct a back and traps routine that will bring the part of the traps that run down the middle of your back up, big and strong?

I like to train back on a day of its own and traps on a seperate day and with shoulders.

Any suggestions would be great.

thats the part of my traps thats big. i can hold a cup in that crease toward the back, but from the front my traps have 0 swoop...it sucks. i guess its a genetic thing cause nothing i do helps.
