Back after break

Well, I'm back from vacation in England and France after about 12 days. It's time to go back to the gym after all of this pointless alcohol consumption and scary diet. So, where do you suggest I start? I rarely go this long without working out, so I really don't know what to do. I was thinking about going in there and doing 1 big set for every single muscle group and then starting back to my normal routine on Wednesday. What do you suggest?
 
take a page out of the 5x5 and use extremely light weights. just go 3x with light stuff, no heavy doubles and triples or anything like that and you'll be fine in less than a week. i'm sure you can go by feel by now.
