I've been training for appr. 20 years, and one of my all-time favorites for a quick protein-shot is strained beef baby food.
You get 12 grams of protein, 9 grams fat, no carbs, 120 cals. from each 3.52 oz jar.
At roughly a buck a piece you also get good value for protein from real food that is easy to assimilate.
