Lately, I've been eating lunch at this middleastern food place. I've been having this stuff called "baba ganoug" which is baked mashed eggplant and tahini. I know tahini is ground sesame, but just how fattening is this stuff. You dip pita bread in it and eat it. It tastes so f&%#*n good!! What's the macronutrient profile on this?
I also order the hummos every so often. Also tahini but with mashed chick peas instead, I like it too. Should I be staying away from this stuff?
