Injectable isn't much better. B12 is absorbed pretty well and excreted pretty quickly. You can get sublinqual with folic acid and it'll work just as well.

Hmmm. I dont' know bros. I always took 500mcg ED and it made me feel better. More energy, better mood, leaner, slightly more fuller muscles. I stopped taking it for a few weeks to see how I felt. And I must say...it did make a difference. A dramatic one? NO! But a difference nonetheless.

injectable is great there is a reason doctors have been injecting it for many years to those who have a cold no appitite etc no doubt it helps, ag has 1000 x 2 a week

You can get 200mL for around $12.
And yes injectable is far superior than oral.

Oral B12 from what I have read from more sources than not is absorbed very poorly. It does not do alot but it is beneficial. I oreder mine from a Canadian pharmacy. $10 for each 10ml vial and it is made by Sandoz, a Swiss pharmacology company that gained fame in the 50's for it's synthesis of LSD-25 after Albert Hoffman collaborated with them. Quality stuff and cheap for human grade.
