i bought a timed release b complex with 50mg of all the b vitamins. is that too strong? it says take 1 or 2 a day

Is the 50mg all from just one pill, or is it split-up over two pills? If it is just one pill, that is quite a bit considering that it's usually in and out of you pretty quick, regardless of the dosage. At least the time-release nature of your pill will slow that down a little. Just make sure that you take it with a large meal; that'll help.
