anyone nkow any other specifics on his training?

I've been searching high and low for anything on how he trained. I've seen another video where he's barbell curling 225lbs for reps. Absolutly no back sway or any type of movement.

The guy without a doubt had AWESOME genetics. Given who his trainer was...I'm sure it was just good ol' fashion hardwork in the gym for his training.

I'm a firefighter and one new fitness drill that we just incorporated was getting 5-6 guys and carrying a 3/4 of a telephone pole and run around the block with it.

I think sometimes we try to complicate our training too much.

that soudns like a good drill but I think it'd be better to individualize the weights
well he had strong bicep so do I so at least that's something : o )

He was a powerful guy. I always loved to watch tyson, but now looking back at his fights, he fought A LOT of chumps. He never really beat anyone good after winning his first belt and everytime he fought someone with real skills, he lost. He is beyond awful now, his last fight was a super setup for him to win and he LOST!! The guy who beat him was a nobody and it should have been nothing more then a warmup for tyson, who was hoping to fight someone real for some bigger bucks.
