Started with 5 sets of 5-6reps of deads, then did 5 sets of 6reps of barbell rows.

4 sets of 8reps of pulldowns, 4 sets of 6reps of upright rows, 4 sets of 8reps face pulls

every set felt great and my back is already sore as hell, thought I'd throw this out there if anyone was looking to switch up their routine
 
I had a kick ass back day too.

rack deads 3x5, then 3x3
pr since I haven't done these too often 405x1

yates style rows wide grip
5x5

1 set of pullups

hang cleans
4x4
I was just working on my form using a moderately light weight

military press
3x5

I ain't sore, but I will be tomorrow and the next day. my back feels good.
 
i love doing back. feels a lot better than chest day. something about the pulling as opposed to pushing like your gonna be crushed
