Started with 5 sets of 5-6reps of deads, then did 5 sets of 6reps of barbell rows.
4 sets of 8reps of pulldowns, 4 sets of 6reps of upright rows, 4 sets of 8reps face pulls
every set felt great and my back is already sore as hell, thought I'd throw this out there if anyone was looking to switch up their routine
