yes and caber/dostinex is much better than bromo. Your diet and cardio and water intake will determine your level of water retention. Unless you are just one of those people that will bloat from it no matter what.

In regards to H2O intake... Shoot for 2 gallons a day. I know that seems impossible, but the more you drink the less you will retain. It's that simple.

dostinex definitely. drink 1 1/2-2 gallons like stated above. drink after every set in the gym, im almost up to one gallon per workout, not yet but close. if you dont need water after the set, that means you didnt train hard enough, imo.
