Avena Sativa/MACA Dosing for POST-CYCLE therapy...

What's the correct doses and how long do you take Avena Sativa and MACA for post-cycle therapy? Did a search and couldn't find it....Been on 800mg Prop and 900mg Eq per wk for 14wks. Thanks.

ummm how the heck do you know what I look like, jesus caught in your own lie and you take it out on me. thats fine doesn't say much about you

as to usage some bros have taken in for a month or two. it is only for post cycle recovery, I don't like taking stuff all year round so I stop when I get the desired results.

For the maca I've taken as much 10 grams a day. Works great.
