Avena Sativa is working!!

I picked up 100grams of Avena Sativa from
www.beyond-a-century.com for $11 even with a huge "dont bother" from SofaGeorge a guru on the substance. I said what the hell for $11. You can now get 50grams for $4.75...Wow

Now for the results.

I have been taking approximately 500mg 3 times a day for about 10 days. I have been hornier than when I was "on". My morning wood is so hard it hurts. I am not taking any other libido enhancing drugs. It could be a plecebo effect, but I think its working. I have never recovered so quickly after a cycle as I have done this time. I have been off for 5 weeks and finished with clomid for 2 weeks. I usually have a major low at this time, but I havent missed a beat!!

I think for the price it is worth trying. I will have blood work completed in 2 more weeks. I will then see if everything is back to normal, or is everything better.

My pre-cycle levels were :
Total Test 198
Free test 7

This was after a 14 month lay-off. So I should have fully recovered. I believe this test will show a nice increase in both. I feel the difference.

I will post my results!
 
Try stacking with Yohimbe, Niacin, Horny Goat Weed, Saw Palmetto, and Tribulus.

You want believe your libido levels, if that's what you were going for, bro.

YOu'll be horny as hell. It's great if you're "in the market". It really gives you that "push" to say what the "hey" and go after the chicks.

I had to add that, as I know there would be doubters.

Bunka...I dont believe in Trib, and truthfully, I dont need it! This is working great on its own!! Very pleased with the results. Also, my main reason was to see if AV.SA would increase free test alone. I will be taking it until its gone, but I am going to wait 2 more weeks until I get my blood work done.
 
i've been using it for about a week now, i use the GNC brand and take two 450mg pills two times a day. i usually never get a hard-on for anything, lol. so don't ask me on that. but reason for my post....is your stuff just basic avena sativa? not any special extract or formula? just curious because mine is basically avena sativa powder (oat straw) 320mg with avena sativa extract 10:1 43mg (equivalent to 430mg avena sativa powder) each tablet. so they are really like 4 750 avena sativa pills a day. or 3 grams a day. curious to know if yours has any extract potency to it, or if it is straight avena. very :confused: lol.
 
B-A-C's version is in powdered form @ 20:1 highest potency premium green oat extract contains almost 7% Avenacosides A & B.

GNC makes good products, but this version is much stronger than yours

so you figure maybe up the dose on mine? or just screw it till i get some higher extract potency? its so easy to get it at work, but once and a while its just not up to potency. :(
 
Up your dose if you dont feel the effects, but for $4.75, I would pick some BAC's up and try it to she if you feel a difference. Its night and day with me!

i here ya. that is the most logical thing to do. anything else to pick up there? some nettle right? wanna get everything in one shot i need for all these new fangled supps. :) suck though, because i get a major discount at work, and i get paid with supps (no paycheck, 2 days a week)...so i hate spending money on anything but gear. except things like r-ALA and carao etc. but for the cheap price, what am i bitching about? lol.

no its supposedly frees up test bound to SHBG. more free test, better gains. free test is the new fad here. ;)
 
I picked up 350 grams of this shit, 2 bad BAC's shippng is so slow it's probley at my university mailbox as we speakith.
 
picked up 200 grams of avena BAC, and 200 grams of nettle extract BAC. better work or its lawnsavers ass. :mad: j/k...:) wth carao possibly helping out,and my provrion...i should have no SHBG left in my body. lol :FRlol:

I can vouch for this also. I got samples from a professor in San Fransisco who was doing studies on the stuff. I think I took it right after a cycle. I was hornier than I can ever remember. I'm not sure it it was the Avena or just rebound effect though.

hey biotch! lol. its actually listed at $4.75 or thereabouts for a 50 gram serving on BAC. i got 4 of 'em to get 200grams and it came to a tad under $20. i figure to just measure it out and pop it in some water and drink it right down. but what do i know? lol. :D

what is better i have avena sativa 350mg caps from the stem made by solaray, at 9.00 for 100caps.....OR avena sativa 750mg tabs from the aerial extract by Action labs, 100 tabs for 27.00

so exsativa (brand name) is shit then? i always thought it was one of the better versions. also, for those interested in test production....try tribex by biotest it has high potency tribulus extract as well as high potency avena sativa. good shit. :) but i am a biotest junkie. :p

looks like you guys might help fom "THE ADVISOR" lol...there's a device you guys could use. it works great for all powered products. it's called CAP-EM-QUICK. you can make your own capsules. i think B-A-C has it.
 
An unrelated question, you said your free test PRE-CYCLE was 198... that's really, really f'in low - norm should be 300-1000...

Or did you mean on- or post-cycle?
 
If my free test was 198, I would be as big as Ronnie!! My free test was 7, my total test was 198, and yes its low.

My sex drive has been crazy, and I think it is from the avena sativa. Avena is supposed to elevate free test. In 2 weeks I will get my blood work done. I have a feeling it will be over 198 and 7. I will post my results!

Y'know if those are your natural levels you qualify for HRT meaning free vials of Depotest courtesy of your health insurance...

Keep us updated on the new bloodwork, I'm glad there are SOME people who get it done instead of posting anecdotes and conjecture.

I'm curious to see if it did anything for the test levels, I'm working on an updated gainskeeper formula and it sounds like an addition.

I have 2 30 day boxes of androgel on my shelf. I thought I was going to have to use it, but I think my post cycle therapy and the addition of the Avena has brought me back to normal. We will all find out soon when I get my blood work done.

well i'm pretty much done with trib myself. but for the natural athelete i figured tribex is actually formulated somewhat better than the normal run of the mill trib formulas. at least it has decent avena in it as well as some potent trib. i felt it, and i haven't felt a trib product since the original tribestan. i was going to try the exsativa....but lawnsaver convinced me that with BAC low prices and quick shipping, may as well get the highest potency avena i can get. i hate to waste my time with underdosed products (and yes this time i mean underdosed and not underfilled everyone, :D). if you look around (e.g. BAC) you can make your own biotest etc formulations for super cheap....such as using the BAC trib and avena combo together. but that is always the way with big name company's. high price tags for stuff you can get cheaper elsewhere with often times a higher potency. i am curious about the exsativa TBO though. i'd like to know if it works as advertised.

Yo, LAWNSAVER! Not for nothin' bro, but how about throwing out a props for turning you on to this stUff!?

If you recall, it all began with my post about SHBG. I also got a lot of flack from the "turd gallery" about how it's "all my opinion" and "I don't do any research", blah, blah, blah. Now everybody loves it, and I'm still getting shit. (Sigh -- I'll live)

A few other points.

Saw Palmetto will NOT increase libido, it will DECREASE it since it supresses DHT.

Tribulus will NOT increase libido but it will improve erectile rigidity.

And finally, Biotest is garbage. Now of course, I've only been ivolved with this sport for 30 years and I've only written ad copy for the last 10 years , and I only worked for the Biotest company for 3 years so maybe my evaluation doesn't mean all that much. Take it for what it's worth.
 
I'll give you props Nelson, I use 2 g of the BAC stuff a day and it does work, libido is up, and the stuff is cheaper than dirt.-WULF
 
I'm about to order some of this shit right now, is 2g/ED a good dose to combat Fina Dick + 640mg of Saw Palmetto a day?

Lawn - Am I missing something? At these levels, you have very little natural test. Getting "back" to these levels wouldn't be much of a recovery, or, leave much ability to retain gains.

So to get 500 mg whats the best way to measure it out. I have never dealt with powders before.
 
i nornally have a high sex drive- 2 to 3x a day. but with test it goes up to 7 to 10x a day and i love that shit. im going to try it. its just one star bucks coffee that i wont buy anyway :)
 
I just dont think think avena or tribulus do SHIT...but then again are you guys all AS users? Cuz ive tried both for a while and no effect :confused:
