How do I shrink a picture from a digi camera without having any picture editing software???

Open it up in Windows paint.

At the top, go into Image, then click on Attributes and check the current pixels (height and width).

Then go back into Image, then click on Stretch Skew, inout a percentage value on the stretch part to increase decrease size (for example your picture is 350 X 500 pixels, then put in something like 25% on both to start), then go back into attributes and check the pixels. Repeat until you are within the 100 X 100.
