autoclave procedure

anyone know the correct procedure for making homebrew for example test e at 250mg/ml
alongside an autoclave?

i was thinking
please tell me right or wrong

add the powder , ba, bb and required oil into beaker, heat on pan in water tll disolved, swirl with glass rod
once dissolved

33mm neck media bottle attached to a nylon whatman zapcap .45 filter top
let everything filter

once filtered attach a 33mm silicon rubber septa and withdraw 10cc and inject into every open vial, cap then crimp

(this is where im curious)

would it be ok to then put the finished vial into an autoclave?


also

unsterile vials free from any silica or dust..will these need washing in alcohol before put in autoclave? theres no debris whatsoever

so in two options to - take vials straight from packaging and place rubber stopper and into the autoclave

or normal procedure

wash vials and rubbers in alcohol/peroxide before placing in autoclave?

so if placing the finished vial into autoclave crimped and capped would cause a explosion?

would dry heat be more effective?

could you please talk me through a step by step guide when having access to autoclave

All your autoclave is good for is sterilizing your open vials. No oil or gear in them. Then get tops on them asap to keep as sterilized as possible. I have a chemiclave still from when i did tattoos and I don't even use it cause sterilized vials are so cheap why mess with it.

Ya its gettin to be old shit. Obviously doesn't know what he's doing with any of it. He's got dollar signs in his eyes. They seem to come and go... Easy to spot. Like the one guy on here a while back making batches and batches of gear and having problems and then wants to know how to set up a website to sell his "vitamins" lol

Whats the purpose?? Autoclave? What for.. I wash out eyedropper bottles with rubbing alcohol and put homebrew in them, then backfill insulin syringes with the juice from an eydropper bottle. Thats how I been sterilizing vials for the last 4.5 years and never a problem. Your getting too anal about sterility.
