I'm not doing any max effort work on sunday...I think i need a little break. Instead I plan on going pretty heavy on events
I am thinking:
HEAVY farmers 50-75
medly: 5 tire flips, heavy duck walk, HEAVY sled
??

I feel like we need a good death medly...we haven't had something kid our ass real hard since clints house
Need 2 more events...what do you guys think?
also if you guys want to do max effort work I'm not stopping you... i'm just going to take it easy in the gym.
throw some ideas up in the air because i'm getting pissed that i can't think of any right now
