I'm not doing any max effort work on sunday...I think i need a little break. Instead I plan on going pretty heavy on events

I am thinking:

HEAVY farmers 50-75

medly: 5 tire flips, heavy duck walk, HEAVY sled

??

??


I feel like we need a good death medly...we haven't had something kid our ass real hard since clints house

Need 2 more events...what do you guys think?

also if you guys want to do max effort work I'm not stopping you... i'm just going to take it easy in the gym.

throw some ideas up in the air because i'm getting pissed that i can't think of any right now
 
maybe some GHR's?lol no bands tho

umm instead of doing a medly, why not do the two events seperate.. like do tire flips for reps and sled drag for feet with an absurd amount of weight
 
i don't do a me gym lower day, i just consider heavy events a max effort, i seem to do ok. i felt overtrained going heavy on lower body, then events. try it, see what u think.

TEC - I don't know about you but the tire flip for 50' and the 420 sled for 50' kicked my fuckin' ass a couple weeks back.

I'm up for some dulk walking too brother. Fun espcially after a night spent on my feet in the bar. Usually even more fun after we brawl at the bar. I'm down for anything man.

brian23478239874- i hear you on that. my problem is that i cant do gym work then wait 45min to pack the car and drive to westbury and lift again. however if i go from one thing to the other i can fine. once we clean out the other part of the garage that has a bunch of useless things i will most definately be moving the tire....and making some stones
