I use it right before bed. Covering the entire Ab region. Takes like 5 minutes to dry.

Don't use it on the face ebcause it'll burn like crazy.

it works GREAT on face to help get rid of dbol/test estro fat.

also, it works way better on love handles, than on abs proper.
center belly fat is more cortisol dependant, love handles are estro dependant.

Abs are shredded.....Kind of funny since I'm at 198lbs. I guess genetics plays a huge factor.

I don't really have face fat. I use it on my abs and outer obliques.
