Gives no bloat at all, and it definately enhances recovery.

It's like fast acting version of Glutamine peptides...the N-Acetyl-L-Glutamine. so Post-Wo is the best time to use it. At night I switch over to the Glut. petides so that their in my system while I sleep.

I like it....been 3 weeks so far. Tub is just about empty.
