i'm not even ready to post pics, i haven't even cut out sodium yet, so i'm holding a good amount of water. Fonz is delusional right now. Hopefully he snaps out of it and goes through with this. He called my 17.5" arms small... hmm... he is definately out of line here. I just posted an update pic and talked some smack, and this is what happens....

for the record.. this thread is hot as hell tonight. Either way, i will be posting pictures 4 days early on July 29th. I will be posting full body pictures and i will hold up a newspaper to prove the validity of the date. This puts a drastic rush on my contest prep as today was my first day of drying out. I will deal with it because 72hours is more than enough time for me to drop 10lbs of water. If fonz decides to not post pictures, he will automatically forfeit this contest.
