I have been downing the triple threat like a mad man. That is ALL that I have tried so far. I have a contest coming up next Saturday and don't wish to try anything that MAY or MAY NOT upset my stomach at all...
The triple threat has taken a lot of flack lately, but it works for me. I mix 4 scoops with 20oz whole milk in the morning and drink it through my first 2 classes. I love it. I don't have to pack food (except for the occasional piece of fruit) and it fills me up for an hour or two...
