I wonder how far away they were. They were obviously out of earshot of the victims.

From what I read they were 1.5 miles away. that video was a short part of a 10 minute long clip. Those dudes that got blasted were manning an anti Aircraft cannon. I have the whole vid around here somewhere, I'll see if i can find it...

supposedly the one guy meets up with the other guy in the truck.. looks around sees noone... reaches into his vehicle and pulls out a RPG/missile launcher runs and puts it down into the field.. They go back and talk some more.. guy in a tractor shows up...so the 3 are talking..

US guys in chopper as for engaging the 3 from a commander.. commander says yes.. so they light up all 3, destroy all 3 vehicles...reason behind is that they were going to use the rpg/missile launcher eventually against US troops.. NEUTRALIZE THEM>>>>>
