at what dose does test become thermogenic?

Don't confuse increased metabolism with thermogenetics

AS's increase metabolism, signs of increased metabolism are sweating.

Thermogentics increase core body tempertures, which cause sweating, not an increase in metabolism.

End result is the same sweating.
 
Well, I'll take a shot at this. I think it would be more accurately described as a nutrient partitioning effect. And as your muscle mass goes up, so does your metabolism. This is part of the anabolic effect. As opposed to a thermogenic effect, which just speeds up metabolism short-term without any major nutrient partitioning or muscle building effects (may even be catabolic).
Make sense?

metabolism is increased when hormone ratios are in favor of higher test/androgens:estros.

Simply lowering your estrogen levels will cause increased fat loss.
 
i think diet and work out regimen also carb rations while on diet will determine wheather you get bloated or keep the water down and get good riped look. get my point?
i rather gain less on a cycle then gain more water
 
So it is the disparity between test levels and estrogen that causes the overall leanness?

With increased BMR due to the added muscle?
 
the proper "cutting" dose of test is dependent on how much your body converts it to estrogen. with the use of armidex, let or aromadex it is not that important to keep it below a certain level. without these compounds though there is a point at which the estro elevation counter-acts any increase in thermogenisis. with me this is around 400mg a week. some guys can get ripped on lots of test and no anti-estros, but it generally is alot easier if you use them.

That's what I was looking for.
I knew there had to be some effect on body composition (besides muscle tissue growth, elevated BMR, and blood pressure) when there is an increased ratio for test than estrogen.

Let's throw around some numbers... What kind of metabolic disadvantage would you say is possible with the test converting to E2 as you said? 100cals, 200cals, more???

I think diet and basal metabolic rate have MUCH more to do with guys on a gram of test/week and keep low body fat than any increase/decrease in metabolism from AAS.

Some will say that TA increases metabolism moreso than any other anabolic. I'm sure some one could go to medline and find some line in some publication that could allude to this.. But how significant can it possible be?

500calories/ day (enough to lose 1lb of fat/week) difference is just not reasonable in my opinion..

Thermogenic means simply that your body temptaratuer is elevated or giving off heat. look in the dictonary its there. Test is a hormone its in the dictonary too. Hormones have nothing to do with regulating body temp period.

Who thinks this type of shit up? Instead of thinking this type of shit up...read, study, think.
