At once or split up??

500 mg/EQ for 12 weeks

500mg in 1 shot or 250mg 2x week?

...this cycle also consists of 50mg winstrol eod for weeks 6-12 and 250mg/eath for 10 weeks (low I know, but it works for me as a base)

Thoughts?

I'm currently running 600mg EQ per week. I inject the EQ all in one shot on Saturdays.
Here's how I do it:
Tuesday: 500mg Testoviron Depot, 400mg Deca
Saturday: 500mg Testoviron Depot, 600mg EQ

Me too, same with deca. Frequency of injections even wiht longer acting esters give a much more consistent blood concentration level imo.
