just rolled in...great day, up until we took a break...a slower rider who had been at the back of the pack today decided he wanted to be up front with us..so on a short straight away he passes me...i figure ok, no big deal ...i didnt push him, but i wasnt going anywhere, we were warming up tires for the fast canyon ahead...we are in 3rd gear accellerating going into this big right handed sweeper, and all of a sudden, he locks both brakes up, the bikes goes sideways and picthes him off into the shoulder of this mountain...bike was in slow motion tumbling thru the air...weird...i got off my bike and helped him...he was shaken up, bike was a mess, but he was ok after about 20min...damn 2 weeks in a row a rider crashed on front of me...hhmmmm...will shoot some on-board camera soon and post it....E ticket.

What I did:
Saturday: Rode down to North Hollywood to get some minor work on my bike, rode somewhat like ghostrider around town and on the freeways.( Riding in LA FORCES you to ride like ghostrider or else you will get ran over).
Today: Rode with about 6-8 guys through the day. Rode up to wrightwood for the Calsportbike Moto GP party. Was fun. Then hit up some local twisities and AS ALWAYS, the SV serves a few dishes of HUMBLE pie, nobody is impressed with my bike and I until we hit the twisities.
After twisites, got lunch, then went out to a secluded stunt spot. Practiced some wheelies( I suck) and practiced some small rolling stoppies.
All in all, was a good safe day of riding... I hope everyone else had FUN!

hs- yeah bro we should hook up...we are close, kinda...im off the 101fwy in ventura co....so it would be no problem...i need a change of scenery too...could i bring some bro's?...or you can come out with us bro- anytime, ride the Rock Store and local canyons- its a playground 2nd to none....

ya man its rad... even in flagstaff its a ton of fun.... my favorite is barlett lake (north of scottsdale) all twisites and there have been days when the road has been shot down illegally
one way in there so blocking off all traffic is possible to the the top of the mountain to the bottom of the lake
i wish that aprilia was mine
