Assault & Bullet Proof… that’s what I’m packing in my Athletes Arsenal!

Took Bullet Proof about 20 minutes ago... stuff hit me like a ton of bricks.... damn tired and will post updates tomorrow.

Cardio - 3.2 mile moutain bike - kickass 21 minutes!! TOOK ASSAULT BEFORE THIS!!
Oh, and before I forget... I like to work both machines and free weights into my workouts... best of both worlds...

Overall:

Assault - I'm very happy with the results that I'm seeing. Taste great, pumps are just sick, and keeps me going even after a 21 minute 3.2 mile trail through the woods on my bike. Saw my wife about 2 hours after all of this and she commented on how "swole" I looked. Trust me to her my wife say "swole"... that's freak'in awesome in itself!

Bullet Proof - WOW! 20 minutes after taken this... It seriously felt like I took a muscle relaxer. I was so mello and really just couldn't wait to hit the bed. As for mix, it's the same... taste wasn't to bad either. As for what it's suppose to accomplish... DAMN... right on the money! I'll only be taken this on days I workout...

nice results, how are your strength gains ? have u been increasing the weights lil by lil ? good stuff, keep it up bro

yah its some good stuff, yup take it on days u workout and itll last u a whole month ..which flavor did u get ? also how much water did u mix it in ?

As for strength gains... it's to hard to tell right now. If I can get back up and over the 200 mark on bench in the next week or so... I'll be extremely happy!

Orange Raspberry and I mix it with about 12-16oz of water. 4oz of warm temp (swirl or shake for about a minute), followed by 8-12oz of really cold.

Didn't take it last night, cause I didn't workout... and slept like sh*t. Looking forward to dosing some tonight!!:biggrin:
 
Was still felling a little sore (back), so I just did the following tonight:
Push up!
These always seem to break up the soreness for me... Just 135

Ran 2 miles.

Bullet Proof is kicking my ass and it's time for bed!

Excellent mix tonight and I actually did the following.... 1 full scoop about 30 minutes before workout, then 1/2 scoop on my ride to the gym! DAMN IMPRESSIVE!

Overall:
Great workout.. traps are feeling extremely tight and I have a feeling that I'm going to be sore as hell tomorrow or the next day. Other than that, just loving what Assault and Bullet Proof have done for me to date.

Just drank my Bullet Proof and you know what... taste takes me back to when I was a kid and sorta taste like orange baby asprins.. Anyways... pretty exhausted... till tomorrow.

No workout today. Legs should have been sore has hell, but actually felt pretty good! Gotta love that Bullet Proof!
