Want to check out how some of you train. What programs do you guys follow? Basic sets and reps maxed out? Super sets? Giant sets?
It all depends on what you are going for but I prefer switching my routine within my cycle. I mix things up with, start out with max reps then mid way switch to giant sets. Cardio is a circuit to cut bf, jog and sprints.
