Aspiration question

My last (and first) cycle I never aspirated. I presumed that if I'd hit a blood vessel the syringe would get some blood in it just from pressure.
So all I did was inject and then wait 30 secs, and when nothing happened I downed the plunger.

The reason why I didn't aspirate is because I was confused about what I'd see. Wouldn't you always draw some blood up, I thought you would and thought that it would scare me with even the tinyest amounts and I'd end up with 20 holes in my ass.

So can someone please tell me what exactly happens, is there no blood whatsoever if your not in a vessel or is there always alittle??

you won't get blood in the syringe just from the IV pressure.

pull back slowly, and not too far, if you see blood you're in a vein and need to try again. if you don't see blood, you'll see a bubble form; it goes away after you release the plunger.

So if you see any blood, you should pull out, change the needle and try again, correct??

Just started my 3rd cycle last nite. Other two were in 98 and May of last year. I jab the dart all the way in and pull back slowly. No blood and begin pushing on the plunger til all the gear is gone. As long as i don't move that much, there is no pain aftewards.
